Made from recycled carbon steel (old car springs) and a natural Jarrah wood handle, this impressive knife has given discarded materials a new lease of life.
As each knife is hand forged, no two knives will ever be exactly the same and measurements may vary slightly

High carbon steel knives will patina to a dull grey with use. Immediately after use, wipe clean, dry and put away in a knife block to protect the edge and prevent rust. If rusty, rub the blade with a paste of baking soda and water.
