RETURNS

We anticipate that you will be very happy with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please email us at hello@collectivebybox.co.nz or call us on 0800 717 717 within 7 business days of receipt of your order.

We will refund or exchange as long as items are in a perfect, un-used condition and you contact us within 7 business days of receiving your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please understand however that many of our designers make to order so we are no always able to provide refunds if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase or would like to cancel your order. Please choose your product carefully.

 

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

If the goods you have received are faulty or defective in any way Collective By Box™ will either replace the item, or refund the original purchase price plus shipping.
