Shipping policy

All of our makers are based in New Zealand. Unfortunately we do not currently offer International shipping.

Shipping prices are indicated on the product pages under the Shipping tab as well as at checkout. Where not specified, please enquire for a quote at hello@collectivebybox.co.nz

Please note that we represent small local makers who can't always produce large amounts of stock. As a result, some pieces on our website are readily available, while others will be made to order if out of stock. In such case, we will email you with the expected lead time.

We aim to dispatch your order within 2-5 business days depending on stock availablibity and you should receive your order 2-3 business days after the courier has collected it from the maker.
