If so requested Collective By Box™ may make the requested correction or attach a note to the record recording that a request for correction was made but not acted upon. By placing an order for a product through the site you are also expressly authorising Collective By Box™ to provide your details as entered on the site (including without limit your name, delivery address and phone numbers) to Designers, so they can process delivery of your order. Collective By Box™ processes all payments for products and manages the delivery of those goods to you (Note: Collective By Box™ does not retain any information relating to credit cards used to order products.  DPS/Payment Express captures the credit card details and stores them securely to complete the transaction. Once the transaction has occured the details are deleted).

Other than as set out in these terms your information will not be made available to any other organisation. 

 

EMAIL POLICY

Where you have subscribed to Collective By Box™ email database, or where you have provided your email address in the course of placing an order, you have authorised us to contact you by email to advise you of offers being advertised on the site. You may advise us at any time that you no longer wish to receive emails from www.collectivebybox.co.nz and upon receipt of such advice we will remove your email address from our mailing list.
